CO, but there's no serial on the movement that I can see. Serial number is 3873498 on the movement, case. Watch is a gold plate case with no monogram. I noticed the serial starts with 1902Y, so I'm not sure if that could be the year it was cased? The movement reads SADA W. Beautiful Elgin National Watch Co, Model 2, Size 18s pocket watch.

Looking at the table of Waltham serial numbers (see example below), you can see that number 20,900,000 was made in 1917 and 21,800,000 was made in 1918 (marked in red in the table below).

I doubt it's worth much, but the family history is priceless to me, and as a watch nerd, getting it cleaned up would mean the world to me. I don't have it in person, but my mom sent me some pictures, I would love to get it running and wear it after I pick it up when I go back to visit her later this year.
